Monologue London offers a 14-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that bespoke furniture and made-to-order design pieces are non-refundable unless verified as faulty.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original designer packaging and protective outer box to ensure the product arrives back to our gallery safely.

• 3.
  Shipping and Logistics

  Send the package using a tracked and insured courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
